IHF School Kolcondo Campus
School on an island
In 2022, IHF started a new school, in a remote island area located at the northern part of Bangladesh. Kolcondo is a remote union under Gangachara upazila in the district of Rangpur. Around 400 families live in this area where they have a very limited access to quality education, health and hygiene support and other necessary facilities.

Not only education, IHF is restructuring the vulnerable community of Kolcondo Char by providing all necessary supports. Starting from building sanitary latrine to installing safe drinking water tubewells, IHF is arranging 360 degree solutions for Kolcondo Char to ensure sustainable development of the remote community.
